Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition you received them
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened personal care products, including teeth whitening strips and supplements.

To request a return, contact us at business@veralife.co.uk with your order number.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging

Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty goods.
We’ll resolve this quickly and fairly.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Opened supplements

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your product (if eligible) and place a new order.


UK Consumer Rights (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

However, this does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
